What should I do about dull pain in the left testicle radiating to the lower left abdomen?
Disease description:
I have a dull pain in my left testicle that extends to my lower left abdomen. I'm not sure what's causing it, but I want to get it treated as soon as possible. What should I do about the dull pain connecting my left testicle and lower left abdomen?
Treatment for dull pain in the left testicle radiating to the lower left abdomen should be based on the underlying cause. It could be due to varicocele causing enlargement of the left spermatic vein. In cases of orchitis, bed rest and broad-spectrum antibiotics are required. For left-sided varicocele, the severity of the condition should be evaluated. If a distal ureteral stone is detected, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or ureteroscopic lithotripsy should be performed.
