Phimosis and glans hypersensitivity can be treated by exposing the glans, applying topical medications to the glans before sexual activity, or taking oral medications to reduce glans sensitivity. Glans exposure can be achieved by retracting the foreskin or undergoing circumcision surgery. Once exposed, repeated friction with underwear may help desensitize the glans, thereby prolonging sexual intercourse duration.
