What does normal male foreskin look like?
I've been feeling the urge to go to the bathroom frequently these past couple of days, but when I get there, I can't urinate. I'm wondering if it could be due to having a long foreskin. What does a normal male foreskin look like?
In males, normal foreskin generally allows complete exposure of the glans penis when flaccid. If the foreskin is long, it should be retractable behind the coronal sulcus, fully exposing the glans. Inability to perform this retraction indicates phimosis. For middle-aged and elderly men, it is normal for the foreskin to expose the glans without covering it, as long as there is no inflammation. However, if the glans repeatedly becomes inflamed, red, swollen, or itchy, surgical intervention is required.
