Superficial chronic gastritis usually improves within one month, although severe cases may require two to three months. This condition can be managed with oral omeprazole, Daxi (aluminum magnesium carbonate), and Domperidone to relieve symptoms. After improvement, treatment should be continued for a certain period to consolidate the therapeutic effect; stopping medication blindly is not recommended. It is advised to actively take medication on time and in the prescribed dosage under a doctor's guidance. Do not discontinue or reduce medication arbitrarily to avoid recurrence of the disease.
