Brush your teeth properly and regularly to prevent periodontitis. It is best to use the Bass brushing technique to protect your teeth. Compared to traditional brushing methods, the main advantage of this technique is its ability to effectively remove food debris, plaque, and other substances from the gingival sulcus. It is recommended to thoroughly brush your teeth after each meal and before bedtime. Before brushing, use dental floss to clean food particles from between the teeth. Each brushing session should last at least three minutes.
