Disease description:

I've been experiencing muscle soreness in my body these past couple of days, especially pain in the cervical spine. Sometimes the pain is so severe that I dare not move. Someone mentioned it might be cervical spondylosis, so I'd like to know—what are the rehabilitation exercises for cervical spondylosis?

For the treatment of cervical spondylosis, first of all, exercise can improve flexibility. However, for individuals who actually have cervical spondylosis, or whose condition is not severe, there are three pulse points at the back of the neck: upper, middle, and lower. Massaging these three pulse points at the back of the neck daily can help squeeze and relax neck muscles, relieving neck fatigue. At the same time, this squeezing action may enhance blood flow to the brain, similar to pumping blood. Increased cerebral blood supply can alleviate symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and insomnia. Patients are advised to rest adequately, keep their bodies warm, and avoid getting chilled.
