Additionally, if proper post-procedure care is neglected, complications such as fallopian tube infection may occur, leading to menstrual disorders, abdominal pain, bloating, backache, and other symptoms. An ultrasound and a sex hormone panel (six-item test) are recommended to determine the underlying cause, followed by appropriate treatment accordingly.
