There is no bloody taste in the mouth with gastric bleeding. The above-mentioned conditions may present symptoms such as abdominal pain and black stools; when the bleeding volume is large, hematemesis (vomiting blood) may occur. The inner lining of the stomach is usually the gastric mucosa; injury to this layer can cause mild erosion. If more severely injured, significant gastric corrosion may develop, leading to gastric bleeding. Patients should regularly consume foods that are beneficial for stomach health, such as rice porridge.
