About 14 days after ejaculation, a pregnancy test strip can be used. If the patient has a regular menstrual cycle, testing can also be done after a delay of more than one week in the period, at which point the result will be almost accurate. If there is any doubt about the test result, it's recommended to visit a hospital for retesting or have a blood test for serum hCG, as blood tests provide more accurate results. It is advised to get adequate rest, enhance nutrition, and consume more fruits, vegetables, and high-protein foods.
