My recent vaginal discharge has been clumpy, resembling tofu residue. A friend suggested that I should clean daily—may I ask if it's advisable to do so when the discharge looks like this?

Leucorrhea resembling tofu dregs can be cleaned daily using plain water. It is not recommended to use cleansing solutions for prolonged periods, as this may alter the vaginal pH and worsen the condition. Tofu dreg-like leucorrhea is primarily associated with fungal vaginitis, and patients should be treated with antifungal medications such as clotrimazole suppositories, miconazole suppositories, or fluconazole tablets.
