Xuesaitong cannot lower blood pressure. Clinically, Xuesaitong is commonly used to treat cerebral thrombosis and has effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, as well as improving blood circulation, but it does not reduce blood pressure. In cases of hypertension, Xuesaitong is primarily used as an adjunctive therapy, not for lowering blood pressure, but rather for improving circulation.
