It is suitable to perform IVF embryo transfer 4 to 5 days after menstruation ends. If the menstrual cycle is normal, transfer can be done on day 15 to 16 or day 17 to 18 of the cycle. However, some patients may have irregular menstrual cycles or slow follicular development. In cases where a woman has an irregular menstrual cycle, the transfer timing needs to be postponed, as a longer follicular growth phase results in slower follicular development.
