Whether cervical conization will recur depends on the individual patient's specific circumstances. Generally, if postoperative pathological examination shows negative cervical margins, the likelihood of recurrence is relatively low. However, if the pathology results indicate positive cervical margins, it suggests that the lesion was not completely removed, and the condition may progress or has a high probability of recurrence; in most cases, additional surgery or further treatment is required.
