If pancreatitis is relatively stable and not accompanied by significant symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain, it is generally acceptable to consume pig blood. However, excessive consumption should be avoided, as well as pig blood that is overly raw, spicy, or not fresh. If pancreatitis is severe or the condition is acute, eating pig blood is generally not recommended. Improperly prepared pig blood may have a strong fishy odor, which can easily lead to decreased appetite.
