Left testicular pain and lower abdominal pain may be caused by orchitis or epididymitis. Local congestion and edema in the testicular area, along with perineal pain, are often present. Abnormal urination may also occur in the left lower abdomen. Most cases are diagnosed as bacterial or mycoplasma infections, and sensitive antibiotic anti-inflammatory treatment is recommended. Alternatively, if the patient's baseline immunity is poor and their ability to resist disease is weakened, it may eventually lead to testicular swelling and pain. In severe cases, symptoms may include lower abdominal pain.
