How to lower elevated liver function markers
Disease description:
Today during a liver function test, I was found to have elevated liver enzymes. I would like to know how to lower them.
Elevated liver function should be treated with appropriate methods based on individual circumstances. High liver function usually refers to increased levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), which can typically be managed under medical guidance using medications such as diammonium glycyrrhizinate and reduced glutathione. Additionally, if elevated liver function is caused by viral hepatitis, interferon injections are often required to suppress viral replication in the body.
