After chemotherapy, if sore throat and throat swelling are mild, it is recommended to drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist. Focus on light, easily digestible, liquid or semi-liquid foods, and avoid hard or coarse foods to minimize throat irritation. If throat pain and swelling are severe, it is advisable to use medications such as watermelon frost spray or Kaihoujian aerosol under medical guidance, or drink herbal teas like chrysanthemum tea or honeysuckle tea, which have heat-clearing and detoxifying effects, to help relieve symptoms.
