It could also be due to weakened lymphatic and blood circulation in patients, resulting in poor blood return in the lower limbs. Additionally, chemotherapy drugs often damage organs such as the liver and kidneys, potentially causing difficulty in urination and other symptoms that lead to foot swelling.
