What are the symptoms of breast fibroadenoma?

I noticed a lump in my breast these past couple of days, and it's slightly painful when pressed. The doctor said it's a breast fibroadenoma. What symptoms would indicate a tumor in the kidney?

Patients with kidney tumors may experience localized breast skin edema, thickening, or indentation; some may develop orange-peel-like changes. In advanced stages, the local skin of the breast is prone to ulceration and bleeding, emitting a foul odor. Additionally, some patients may have white or brownish bloody discharge from the nipple. In severe cases, there might be a large amount of serous fluid discharge.
