Bone spur in the foot can be treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen and sodium diclofenac. If the patient has nerve damage in the foot, neurotrophic therapy using medications like mecobalamin may be administered. Heat therapy and infrared therapy can also improve blood supply to the affected area and relieve pain. Additionally, massage may help alleviate symptoms of plantar bone spurs.
