Symptoms of cerebellar tumors are varied, with relatively common ones including headache, vomiting, and visual disturbances. Headaches caused by cerebellar tumors typically occur between 4 to 5 a.m. and gradually subside after mild physical activity upon getting up. The vomiting induced by the tumor is purely projectile and not accompanied by nausea. As the cerebellar tumor enlarges, it can obstruct venous blood return from the eye, leading to decreased vision.
