What are the early symptoms of primary liver cancer?

I've heard that the mortality rate of liver cancer is very high, and I'm worried about having primary liver cancer. Could you please tell me what symptoms are associated with early-stage primary liver cancer?

Most patients with primary liver cancer do not have obvious clinical symptoms in the early stages. A minority of patients may experience persistent dull or distending pain in the liver area. Some patients may also have gastrointestinal symptoms, such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. As the disease progresses, systemic manifestations of malignant tumors may appear, including progressive fatigue, weight loss, and fever.
