Causes of high albumin in urine
Disease description:
Today, during a routine physical examination involving a urine test, I found that my albumin level was relatively high. I would like to know what could cause elevated albumin in the urine.
There are many causes of elevated albumin in urine, including both physiological and pathological factors. Physiological factors include conditions such as colds, intense physical exercise, or exposure to heat sources, which can temporarily increase urinary albumin levels and usually do not require specific treatment. Pathological factors typically involve conditions like chronic glomerulonephritis or acute glomerulonephritis, which lead to elevated albumin in the urine.
