Early symptoms of brain tumors primarily manifest as headaches. Brain tumors can increase intracranial pressure, causing cerebral edema and resulting in headache. When the tumor elevates intracranial pressure and creates a space-occupying effect in the brain, significant intracranial hypertension develops, leading to frequent projectile vomiting in patients.
