Recently, I've constantly had no appetite and sometimes feel nauseous. I looked it up online and found this might be due to a stomach tumor. I'd like to know what symptoms are associated with stomach tumors?

Gastric tumors typically do not cause any symptoms in the early stages. Some patients may experience indigestion. As the disease progresses, patients may develop abdominal pain, weight loss, fatigue, anemia, or other discomforts. When gastric tumors metastasize, difficulty swallowing and nausea may occur. If not treated promptly, complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding and multi-organ metastasis may arise.
