Gastric tumors usually cause gastrointestinal discomfort in patients, such as gastric bleeding, stomach pain, acid reflux, bloating, and indigestion. They may also lead to systemic symptoms including nausea, vomiting blood, loss of appetite, fatigue, and anorexia. As the condition progresses further, additional complications such as enlarged cervical lymph nodes and anemia may develop.
