Symptoms of tumors growing on the spine
Disease description:
Recently, I noticed a lump on my spine. After going to the hospital, I was diagnosed with a tumor. What are the symptoms of a spinal tumor?
Tumors growing on the spine may cause local swelling, pain, and impaired mobility. If the tumor is large enough to compress nearby nerves, it may also lead to systemic symptoms such as headache, dizziness, limb numbness, fatigue, and low-grade fever. If a patient has already developed clear clinical symptoms, surgical removal is recommended promptly to prevent worsening of the condition.
