Tumors on the body can be managed either conservatively or surgically, depending on the severity of the condition. If the tumor is relatively small and there are no obvious clinical symptoms, immediate treatment may not be necessary; instead, regular follow-up visits at the hospital for monitoring are sufficient. However, if the tumor is large, causing significant symptoms, or shows signs of malignant transformation, surgical removal is recommended. After excision, further pathological examination is required, and radiation therapy or chemotherapy may be needed when necessary.
