Chest and back pain occurring at night may be caused by chest trauma due to external impact. This phenomenon could also result from muscle strain caused by frequent heavy physical labor, prolonged intense exercise, or maintaining the same upper-body posture for extended periods. Additionally, conditions such as pleurisy, myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, pneumonia, and coronary heart disease may also lead to nighttime chest and back pain.
