Suddenly experiencing a nosebleed at night while using a mobile phone is usually caused by factors such as dry and hot environments. Prolonged mouth breathing leads to the evaporation of moisture in the nasal cavity due to airflow, resulting in dryness and congestion of the nasal mucosa. Additionally, without adequate water intake, bodily fluids and sweat are lost through evaporation. During sleep, blood vessels in the head may become blocked and nasal blood vessels engorged; the dry nasal mucosa is then highly susceptible to rupture and bleeding.
