I've experienced bleeding during intercourse on these two occasions, but the bleeding stopped afterward. I'd like to know what might be causing this?

Bleeding during intercourse that stops afterward may be due to improper positioning, overly vigorous movements, or insufficient vaginal lubrication causing dryness, which can lead to injury of the vulvar skin or vaginal mucosa and result in bleeding. It could also be related to cervical lesions, such as cervical polyps or cervicitis; in these cases, contact with cervical tissue during intercourse may cause slight bleeding.
