What are the symptoms of high-risk HPV?
Disease description:
When I went to the hospital for a medical checkup, the doctor told me I was infected with high-risk HPV virus, although I usually maintain good personal hygiene. I would like to know what symptoms are associated with high-risk HPV infection?
Patients with high-risk HPV often experience a significant increase in vaginal discharge, which is typically thick and white in color, sometimes pale yellow, and accompanied by a distinct odor. They may also have discomfort symptoms such as lower back pain and backache. In severe cases, bloody leukorrhea may occur, and contact bleeding can happen during gynecological examinations or sexual intercourse. Additionally, patients may develop flat warts on the surface of their skin.
