Can you get pregnant with pelvic adhesions?

Pelvic adhesions do not completely prevent pregnancy. Women with uterine adhesions can still become pregnant, but the likelihood of conception is very low, and there is an increased risk of miscarriage or premature birth. Additionally, women with this condition often experience abdominal pain, particularly tenderness upon abdominal pressure, which results from damage to the endometrium. The adhesions may also interfere with normal embryo implantation, potentially leading to infertility.
