A small white hard blister has appeared in the mouth, not painful or itchy.
Disease description:
Noticed a white spot inside the mouth while looking in the mirror—a small, hard, white blister that doesn't hurt or itch?
A small white hard blister has appeared in the mouth, causing no pain or itching, due to excessive internal heat ("shang huo"). It is recommended that the patient maintain a regular daily routine, avoid staying up late, keep a cheerful mood, eat light meals, and avoid or minimize consumption of spicy, greasy, and irritating foods. Drinking plenty of water is also advised. If the patient frequently consumes excessively hot food, it may easily lead to mucous gland cysts. Patients can generally undergo physical treatments such as laser therapy or cryotherapy.
