Hello, radial nerve injury is relatively common in clinical practice and is most often caused by upper limb trauma. Its typical symptoms include wrist drop (inability to extend the wrist), weakness or inability to lift the wrist, and diminished strength in wrist extension, thumb extension, and dorsiflexion of the forearm. Additional manifestations may include numbness or decreased sensation in the anatomical snuffbox area, as well as reduced strength in wrist or finger extension. Patients exhibiting these symptoms are advised to seek prompt medical evaluation at a hospital to prevent unnecessary complications. We hope this information is helpful. Wishing you good health!
