Dr. Wang Mingxuan
Symptoms of chronic formaldehyde poisoning generally include coughing, sputum production, difficulty breathing, or blood streaks in the cough. Additionally, a series of cardiovascular symptoms may occur, such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, discomfort in the precordial area, and palpitations. Neurological symptoms may also appear, including irritability, insomnia, and autonomic nervous system dysfunction, all of which are considered symptoms of chronic formaldehyde poisoning.
