What to do for brain hemorrhage
Disease description:
How serious is it if cerebral bleeding is discovered after surgery, and what should be done about it?
For cerebral hemorrhage, treatment may include medications that promote blood circulation and resolve blood stasis. However, if brain tissue is under pressure or suffering from edema, the use of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs should be cautious; mild agents are preferred, and drugs such as fibrinolytics, anticoagulants, thrombolytics, and antiplatelet aggregation agents should be avoided as much as possible. Additionally, intravenous administration of edaravone or cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection can be provided to the patient. Monitor the patient's condition closely and encourage appropriate limb movement to prevent muscle weakness. A diet low in salt and fat and easy to digest is recommended, along with increased intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, to avoid constipation.
