Treat overall nosebleeds by lowering blood pressure and correcting不良 habits. If the patient's nosebleed is caused by picking the nose leading to mucosal erosion in the nasal vestibule, then they should stop picking their nose to allow the eroded mucosa to heal and return to normal. If the nosebleed is due to high blood pressure, antihypertensive treatment should be administered concurrently with nasal packing.
