Respiratory alkalosis requires treatment through establishing intravenous access, inhaling carbon dioxide and oxygen, and similar measures. Intravenous access should be rapidly established, and the types of electrolytes and fluids required should be determined based on the patient's clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis results. During the acute phase, patients may inhale a mixture of carbon dioxide and oxygen, or breathe into a paper bag covering the mouth and nose, to maintain bicarbonate levels in the blood.
