Ovarian cysts with hypoechoic appearance are normal. The imaging of ovarian cysts showing hypoechoic features is considered a normal phenomenon. If the cyst is relatively small, regular follow-up examinations are sufficient. However, if the cyst's diameter exceeds 5 cm, timely treatment should be considered. Generally, in young women, surgical removal of the ovarian cyst can preserve normal ovarian tissue.
