Are cervical lesions the same as cervical cancer?

Currently, my condition is cervical lesion, but it's not particularly severe at this stage. Is cervical lesion the same as cervical cancer?

Cervical lesions are not cervical cancer. Low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia mainly includes CIN1 and CIN2. The WHO considers this localized lesion not to be a true precancerous condition. High-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is primarily classified into two levels: CIN2 and CIN3. This represents a genuine precancerous condition of cervical cancer with potential for malignant transformation. If not treated promptly and effectively, it can easily progress to cervical cancer.
