There was a small amount of menstrual bleeding, which reappeared a few days later. Apart from menstrual irregularity, this may also be related to ovulation-related bleeding, or less commonly, pathological factors. Normally, menstrual bleeding in women lasts about 3 to 5 days and should not exceed 7 days. If bleeding continues persistently, it may indicate dysfunctional uterine bleeding or endometrial lesions, such as endometritis, endometrial polyps, endometrial cancer, or intrauterine adhesions. For young women who occasionally experience such irregular menstruation, medication such as Gongxinning may be used under a doctor's guidance for regulation.
