Frequent late-night熬夜 may lead to menstrual disorders and amenorrhea. A delayed menstrual period of about 15 days, along with abnormal vaginal discharge, may still indicate possible pregnancy or gynecological inflammation. Diagnosis should be confirmed through six-hormone testing, color Doppler ultrasound, and routine vaginal discharge examination. After ruling out pregnancy, patients may choose progesterone treatment under a doctor's guidance. If bacterial infection is present, antibiotics may be taken orally as directed by a physician.
