Fever usually refers to an elevated body temperature. For fever caused by a heat-induced cold, symptoms can typically be relieved under a doctor's guidance using heat-clearing and detoxifying medications, such as Yin Qiao San, Shuang Huang Lian oral liquid, and Sang Ju Cold Tablets. If the fever is more severe, antipyretic drugs with fever-reducing and pain-relieving effects may also be used, including Indomethacin tablets and Paracetamol tablets.
