If the temperature exceeds 38.5°C, administer antipyretic medications such as ibuprofen under medical guidance. At the same time, encourage the child to drink more water and ensure proper indoor ventilation. Seek prompt medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen, to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment. During care, ensure the child stays warm and gets adequate rest.
