2. Injection of dissolving enzymes: If the lump is caused by unabsorbed hyaluronic acid, enzyme injections (such as hyaluronidase) can be administered under medical supervision to dissolve the residual material.
3. Medication: If the lump results from infection, anti-infective treatments such as erythromycin ointment or amoxicillin capsules may be used.
4. Physical therapy: If the lump persists, treatments such as laser therapy or ultrashort wave diathermy may be considered.
