Patients with "three positive" hepatitis B should focus on comprehensive and balanced nutrition in their daily diet. They should ensure adequate daily intake of vitamins, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins to meet the body's needs. Meals should be carefully planned for all three meals of the day, combining meat and plant-based foods to avoid picky eating. It is recommended to minimize consumption of strongly stimulating foods such as spicy dishes, which may place additional strain on the liver. Patients can drink one glass of milk per day, consume one egg, eat moderate amounts of lean meats—such as pork, beef, lamb, chicken, or fish—and include a portion of tofu. For vegetables, a variety of options such as hyacinth beans, spinach, rape, celery, cucumber, mushrooms, and wood ear fungus are recommended.

Patients may also consume two servings of fruit daily, such as apples, pears, peaches, or bananas, to maintain nutritional balance. It is advisable to avoid eating spicy hot pot, seafood, deep-fried or pan-fried foods, and animal offal, as these are difficult to digest and may increase the burden on the liver, thus hindering recovery.
