The development of a fetus's arms and legs primarily occurs during the early stages of pregnancy. Around weeks 6 to 7 of gestation, the limbs begin to take initial shape, although they are not yet fully formed or clearly defined. As pregnancy progresses into week 8, the limbs become more distinct, and the outlines of hands and feet start to emerge, with初步 formation of fingers and toes. By week 10, the limbs gradually lengthen, and clear differentiation between upper and lower extremities becomes apparent. The webbing between fingers and toes disappears, resulting in more defined shapes. As the pregnancy advances, the arms and legs continue to develop and mature further.
