The success rate of pregnancy through ovulation induction is closely related to individual circumstances. If a woman has normal ovarian function, patent fallopian tubes, and an appropriate endometrial thickness, the likelihood of successful pregnancy with ovulation induction is relatively high. Each woman varies in sensitivity to ovulation-inducing medications, so success rates may differ. Women with conditions such as premature ovarian failure, gynecological disorders (such as pelvic inflammatory disease or cervicitis), or hormonal imbalances may have reduced success rates with ovulation induction.

For women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome, the success rate of achieving pregnancy through ovulation induction is approximately 60% to 80%. If no other abnormalities are present and intercourse is appropriately timed during the ovulation period, the chance of pregnancy can be as high as 98%.
