What are the main symptoms of kidney tumors?
Disease description:
I have recently noticed some swelling in my body and am worried that I may have developed a sexual tumor. What are the main symptoms of kidney tumors?

The main symptoms of kidney tumors are usually categorized into the following key aspects:
1. Typical symptoms: Early-stage kidney tumors may lack obvious symptoms. However, as the disease progresses, hematuria (blood in the urine), flank pain, and flank masses commonly develop. Hematuria is typically intermittent and painless, indicating the tumor has invaded the renal calyx or renal pelvis; flank pain is often dull or aching, although colicky pain may occur in rare cases; larger tumors may be palpable in the abdomen or flank area.
2. Paraneoplastic syndromes: Some patients may experience paraneoplastic syndromes such as fever and hypertension, which may be caused by tumor necrosis, hemorrhage, or vascular compression.
3. Metastatic symptoms: In advanced stages, kidney tumors may metastasize to other organs, such as the lungs and bones, leading to symptoms including cough, hemoptysis (coughing up blood), bone pain, and pathologic fractures.
When these symptoms occur, prompt medical consultation is recommended for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
